Customers can simply track their orders using WCST. You will be able to identify the shipping company and tracking number for each order. The tracking information (business URL and tracking number) will be immediately displayed in the “Order Fulfillment” email and on WCST’s “View Order” website.
To monitor their order, your customers simply click on the URL generated by WCST. The tracking URL will immediately redirect to the company page (if available and if approved by the company) where users can track the delivery status using the relevant tracking code.
Please note that the Vanquish WooCommerce Shipping Tracking plugin (like WordPress) requires a minimum PHP version of 7.0.

The Vanquish WooCommerce Shipping Tracking plugin allows you to create your own custom shipping business (name and tracking URL). To do this, go to WooCommerce -> Shipping Tracking -> Add Custom Shipping Carrier. Customize your company page
Various tracking companies, shipping companies, date cultures and custom texts are all available!
For each order, WCST allows you to attach one or more tracking codes and shipping companies.
It is also possible to select a delivery date and a personalized text for each shipment. This way both store admins and consumers can simply track shipping times!
HTML Snippet for Email and Order Details Customization
With the on-site timeline you can track the progress of your deliveries.
Vanquish WooCommerce Shipping Tracking also allows you to view the status of your shipments on your website along with the timeline. To do this, simply use the [track shipping in site] shortcode from the special menu inside the order details message.
Once completed, a tracking widget will be displayed showing each shipping step taken up to the current date in every order detail page!
Alternatively, you can display the “Follow Site” widget in any page. To do this, just use the following shortcode with the special “track_in_site” parameter: [wcst_tracking_form track_in_site=”true”]. It will display a form and once the user has entered the tracking code, the “Site Tracking” widget will show the shipping progress.
Note: While AfterShip will try to identify the shipping company using only the tracking code, this method may fail in some cases. Simply provide the company tracking code in this format: tracking code company slug ### to prevent detection.

The company tracking slugs may be found at https://www.aftership.com/couriers. Simply click on the one you want; the slugs can be found at /curriers/string.
Please note that this feature is supported by the AfterShip service. It is necessary to have at least one free profile (which will limit you to 100 shipment trackings per month). The plugin settings page contains instructions on how to connect to your AfterShip profile (in just two steps!). Without any additional codes, the service will automatically identify the carrier from the tracking code (if supported).
All Woocommerce Outdoor Emails and the Order Details Page Have Tracking Information
After recording the tracking information in the order management page, the order details page will show all the information. In addition, the information will be included in every woocommerce email sent based on the purchase status. When the status is set to “Complete”, the tracking information is included in the email by default only; however, you can choose to disclose the information on other websites. Select the status under General Settings for which the information must be incorporated into the email.
You can even create your own status!
Customers will have access to all the required information this way!
Tracking Code Email Notification
The admin can also send activity notification emails by simply selecting the tracking code he wishes to alert the user about. Once he makes his selection, he simply clicks on the Update Order button and the plugin sends an email with the tracking number he selected. A special settings menu can be used to change the tracking code email template. To personalize the message, you can also use a shortcode to display the user’s first and last name!
Germanized Professional Invoice Email
The WooCommerce Shipping Tracking by Havoc plugin now features Germanized Professional Invoice Email support, allowing it to provide tracking information in the invoice email based on the current order status.

CSV Bulk Import
You can import order tracking data from a .csv file into WCST!
For each order, the store admin can additionally enter one or more delivery details.
Fallwing columns must be present in the CSV file:
- Order Number: This is the numeric identifier for the order.
- Order Status: This field can be left blank. If specified, the order status will be set to the provided value. wc-pending, wc-process, wc-on-hold, wc-complete, wc-aborted, wc-refunded, wc-failed are all valid values.
- Forced Email Notification can be left blank. If you specify a value, the plugin will send the woocommerce notification email back to you. The values that can be used are: end email customer refund order, send email customer invoice, send email customer process order, send email customer process order, send email customer process order, send email customer process order, send email customer process order, send email customer process order, send email customer process order, send email customer process order, send email customer process order_
- Shipping Date: This field can be left blank. In case of multiple shipping dates, the values must be separated by characters. Dates should be in yyyy-mm-dd format. For example, 2019-06-29 | 2019-04-20
- Custom Text: This field can be left blank. The values must be separated by | in case of multiple custom texts. Note: From custom text, remove all. Custom Text 1 | Custom Text 2 are two examples of custom texts.
- More Information About Tracking: The following format is required: company id: tracking code. In case of multiple shipping values, the multiple shipping values must be separated by characters. DHL: #315R | GLS: 1324SR7 is an example.
Automatic Bulk Import
If you want, you can set the plugin to automatically import order shipping tracking sheets from a url that references a .csv file. Simply enter the .csv file url path (like a DropBox file link or https url) and select the bulk import job interval!
Note: The wp schedule event WordPress function is used to schedule events(). It will start the scheduled import at the set time only when someone visits your WordPress site. The wp schedule event reference page has more information.
Custom Messages in Multiple Languages
WooCommerce Shipping Tracking by vanquish supports WPML, allowing store admins to define HTML snippets for any installed language.
Store admins can add language messages simply by selecting the translated language in the WPML selector, entering the content and saving!
Using the “Quick Assign” option, store admins can now assign shipping details to orders without having to change each order individually. You can enter the shipping details for an order, set its status and choose to resend status notification emails to your customers using this menu in just a few clicks!
Most Admired Shipping Line
On the Preferences menu, you have the option to select a “preferred” shipping line. This will be pre-selected when you submit your tracking code!

You can define shipping estimates by pre-calculating each defined shipping rate using the WooCommerce feature, Table Rate Shipping by WooCommerce, or Table Rate Shipping by WooThemes.
Our Prospects for Automatic Shipping Products
Another important aspect of the WCST plugin is the estimated shipping date (ship date: the date the package is delivered to the carrier). The estimated delivery date may be displayed on the product page by the store admin using a shortcode or by setting up automatic display of estimated dates (in the plugin settings menu). This is automatically determined using the “Estimate Rules” that apply to that product.
The plugin can display a specified shipping date or display a date range for the product.
Also, if the product is out of stock, the estimated delivery date will not be displayed!
After displaying each item in the product table, an estimated date can be provided as an option in the cart/checkout page. Just activate the specific option in the plugin settings menu.
Last but not least, you may display a custom label (translatable using WPML) before the expected date!
How does it work? It’s that easy! Just two steps:
The first step is to set the estimated date.
A store admin can establish a number of “Estimation Rules” using the “Estimated Shipping Configurator” in the “Shipping Tracking” menu.
He can choose one of the following options for each of them:
- Select the product, category or tag to which the rule applies from the drop-down menu.
- The date on which the item is shipped/delivered to the courier is called the Shipment/Shipping Date.
- If the order is placed within that hour, it will be shipped on the same day (if the date is the Shipment/Shipping Date).
- If this value (in days) is selected, the expected date will be determined from the first available submission date after the delay time.
- Days that cannot be shipped due to holidays or non-working days.
Step 2: On the product page, use the shortcode (or use the automatic estimated date option).
Store admins can use the unique [wcst show estimated date] shortcode to display the estimated day shipping on the product page, in the description or short description or any tab.
Instead, store admins can set the option to automatically display the estimated date (in the plugin options menu).
The date found to fit the “build” rule for the item will be calculated by the plugin. WooCommerce Shipping Tracking by Vanquish plugin will automatically determine when the item can be shipped on the next working day.
In addition, a new column has been introduced in the product list showing the estimated shipping rule for the product.
Shortcode Tracking Form Vanquish WooCommerce Shipping Tracking
The tracking form can be displayed in any post/page using the unique shortcode [wcst tracking form], enabling users to select a shipping company (using a select menu), enter a tracking code, and be taken to the shipping company’s tracking website.
