WordPress Remove Unused Files Media Cleaner Pro is a tool to detect unused and useless files from WordPress. Media Cleaner Pro cleans your media library and download folders. The plugin checks if the physical file is mounted in the gallery, the media file is used in a record, the media file is used in an arbitrary record field, the media file is used in the WordPress directory, the media file hammock retina (under retina display) has a regular file (a file without @2x).

If it does not match the specified checks, the plugin will mark the found files for possible removal in the future. What to check is set in the plugin settings.
