Everything is powered by Sales. Powerful Agent Dashboard
- 12 panels on the dashboard (most can be disabled)

Earnings
- Agents can view their earnings on the dashboard along with monthly statistics and metrics.

Agent Groups
- Agents should be divided into groups, each with its own set of possibilities.

Group Guidelines (Promotions)
- When agents reach certain thresholds, they are promoted from one group to the next.
- Change your group based on how much money you make or how much you make in total.
- Automatic group modifications when certain thresholds are reached.
- For example, an agent might work in the VIP group (11% commission) until they make $100,000, at which point they are promoted to the VIP 2 group (16% commission).

Functionality to Shop as a Customer
- Agents can log into the customer’s account and add items to their shopping cart.
- Agents can pay at checkout or use the “pending payment” gateway.
- Customers receive an email notification when the agent selects “pending”.
- Customers can pay for their order by clicking a link.
Editing Prices in the Cart and Price Negotiation
- When agents shop for clients, they can negotiate and change prices (optional)
- Agents can offer discounts based on a “Maximum Discount Percentage”.
- Agents have the ability to increase prices (within limits)
- If agents increase prices, they may receive a larger commission (configurable)
For example, you could pay agents 100% of all items above the item price. If an item costs $1000 and the agent sells it for $1500, the agent would receive $500 on top of the standard commission. Thus, agents are strongly incentivized.
As Order Managers, Sales Reps
- You can turn off revenue functionality completely, making agents just managers.
- In this case, you can assign each order to a specific agent who is responsible for handling it.
- Agents have full access to the order backend (only for their orders)
- Agents can complete orders, check status, submit invoices, etc.
- New order emails can be sent directly to agents (optional via settings)
Structures of Complex Commissions
- It is possible to combine fixed amount and percentage commission rules.
- Rules can be applied globally, once per order, by category or by tag.
- Rules can be set on a global, per agent or per agent group basis.
- Customer or consumer categories can define their own rules.
- Rules may apply depending on whether the order was placed by an agent or a customer.
- Threshold: Commissions are only paid after X days of registration.
- Threshold: Commissions are only paid for the first X orders from a customer.
- Agents earn commissions when sub-agents they recruit make sales.
- Admins can edit commissions per order.
- Prices incl. or excluding. taxes can be used to calculate commissions.
Here are some examples of what can be accomplished:
- There is a $10 flat commission on any order.
- A 10% commission on all items, except for Nike shoes, which have a 20% commission.
- 25% commission on every order, but only if the order is placed by an agent.
- The commission is 20% when an agent places an order; 10% when a customer submits an order.
- When a consumer places an order, you earn 50% commission on the first five orders they place.
- You earn 50% commission on customer orders within the first 100 days of registration.
- Sub-agent sales earn 2% commission, but are limited to sales of $100,000.
