Find a TikTok you’ve already watched videos is easy. All you need to do is use a simple search filter.

To do this:

1. Open TikTok and head to the Profile tab.
2. Press the three-line hamburger menu in the top right corner.
3. Select Settings and Privacy.
4. Tap Privacy.
5. Select Download your data.
6. Select a TXT file or a JSON file.
7. Click the Request Data button at the bottom.

Once you’ve done that, you can view your pending data requests near the Download Data tab, which you can access at the top of this page.

For no more than four days, you’ll be able to download everything associated with your account, including your TikTok viewing history. Once your request is approved, you’ll need to verify your identity before the ZIP file can actually be yours.

Once it’s ready, the ZIP folder should contain a folder called Video Viewing History—clearly, this is the one you’re looking for. You’ll find everything you’ve watched before on the platform, perfect for finding content you remember from before.

This method doesn’t offer an up-to-date glimpse into your TikTok video history. Still, it’s the best way to reminisce about something truly memorable.
